Licence and payment questions

Purchases are handled by Polar as merchant of record. Your licence key, invoices, and the Macs your key is active on live in your Polar purchase portal — the link is in your purchase email. You can free up a Mac there, or in Doghouse under Settings → Deactivate This Mac.

Lost your licence key?

Check the email you received after purchase. If it is gone, send us the email address you paid with using the form above and we will look it up.

Forgotten a vault password?

We cannot help, and neither can anyone else — that is the point of the encryption. There is no back door, no reset, no recovery. If the password is not in your Keychain, the contents cannot be opened.
